If you are not a retailer, you should first hand leave your product to your retailer where you bought the product.
To submit a product for service.
Please email us at and request an RMA no.
The request must contain the following information.
What is the product, the serial number of the product and a detailed explanation of the error. It’s ook to report several products in the same RMA request.
Your company name and your address so we know where we can return your product.
Once we have received your mail, you are usually answered within 24 hours during weekdays and then give you instructions.
When submitting, consider the following.
The product must be well packed so that it is not transport damaged.
A receipt / warranty document must always be enclosed to prove guarantee.
Choose a freight forwarding agent directly to us. We do not have the option to pick up packages at delivery points or terminals.
For defective products or products not covered by warranty, a survey fee and shipping cost will be invoiced.
